The following General Terms and Conditions of Business apply exclusively to all sales transactions between us and end customers (consumers).<\/p>\n
A contract is concluded with your binding order. We will confirm this immediately by e-mail.<\/p>\n
We manufacture each product individually according to your requirements and wishes (e.g. engravings, ring sizes, material composition). According to the legal regulations (\u00a7 312 d paragraph 4 No. 1 BGB) your declaration of intent to conclude the contract cannot be revoked.<\/p>\n
We deliver exclusively against prepayment. Payment can be made by direct debit, bank transfer, credit card or Pay Pal.<\/p>\n
We carry out orders and deliveries only within Germany and Austria. If you wish to have your order delivered abroad, please contact our customer service.<\/p>\n
The delivery time is 10 – 14 days after receipt of full payment.<\/p>\n
They are entitled to all legal warranty claims. For all defects of the purchased item occurring during the legal warranty period of two years, you can choose to demand rectification of the defect or new delivery. We can only refuse the type of remedy you have chosen (removal of defects or new delivery) if it is disproportionate. In this case your claim is limited to the other type of supplementary performance. If the legal requirements are met, we grant the further claims for reduction or withdrawal as well as compensation for damages, including compensation for the damage instead of performance and compensation for your futile expenses.<\/p>\n
Obvious material or manufacturing defects as well as transport damage shall be notified immediately to us and, if applicable, to the deliverer of the goods in order to enable a speedy rectification of defects.<\/p>\n
Guarantees will only be given by us in the case of a separate, explicit and written agreement. Insofar as we grant you such a seller’s guarantee, the details result from the guarantee conditions, which in this case are attached to the respective delivered article.<\/p>\n
If a certain article from our assortment is not available, we reserve the right not to deliver it. We commit ourselves to inform you about this immediately. In this case, you can choose to order an equivalent product or demand a refund of the purchase price.<\/p>\n
The prices stated on our website are the current valid prices and include the statutory value added tax.<\/p>\n
We do not additionally charge shipping costs for delivery within Germany and Austria. For agreed deliveries to foreign countries (except Austria) the costs are 15 EUR.<\/p>\n
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.<\/p>\n
We attach great importance to the protection of personal data. All personal data is treated confidentially. Personal data are for example your name, your postal address and e-mail address, as well as your IP address when registering and ordering.<\/p>\n
We use these collected data exclusively for the supply of the articles you requested, for answering your inquiries and for sending you information material.<\/p>\n
Your customer data will be requested, stored and used exclusively for the opening of a customer account and the processing of the order. The basis for this are the relevant data protection regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG).<\/p>\n
You have the possibility to object to the further use of your data at any time. Under no circumstances will your data be passed on to third parties. Our customers can receive information about the scope and purpose of data processing at any time. Furthermore, data will be corrected, blocked or deleted upon request.
